Veriform Audit/Admin in Verivend
HTP-1361: surface Veriform envelope data inside Verivend Admin. Onboarding grid gets Signatures/Countersignatures columns and bulk actions; the request detail shows a per-signer envelope audit with resend, an in-app countersign path for internal countersigners, internal vs external assignment on the Send modal, and a Veriform-style read-only response viewer.
