Add or remove a single user across many organizations at once. An admin finds the orgs two ways — by a customer's Salesforce/HubSpot account ID, or by an existing user (every org they belong to, e.g. look up the admin who's already on all the accounts) — sees them in a multi-select grid, then bulk-links an existing user (with chosen roles) or bulk-removes a user, with per-org progress and a success/failure summary. Built for recurring requests like onboarding one user to all 70+ Open Doors orgs. Mirrors the real admin link/unlink endpoints applied in a loop. (HTP-2369)
