Data Room Analytics

HCP-319 takes the data room's single-file download log and turns it into a real engagement picture. Analytics becomes a capability of the Documents feature rather than a separate report — reachable at the data-room root, on any folder, and on any file. One event model (who · what · viewed / downloaded · when) feeds three altitudes, each sliceable by investor or by folder/document over a chosen time window, with a scoped CSV export at every level. Because it rides with the Documents feature, the same surface lifts into Delio Portfolio wherever documents live.

  Delio Documents tab with an Analytics action at the room (toolbar), folder, and file levels. Pivot by Investor / Folder / Document; drill into an investor to see exactly what they touched; toggle the time window; flip a file to a chronological activity log; export CSV scoped to the current view. The last-activity column surfaces who's gone quiet.
