Redesigned Directory page that separates Accounts (organizations, LLCs, trusts, individuals-as-entities) from Contacts (individual people), with clear Managed vs Claimed status, cross-account role management, GP financial visibility into claimed accounts, a Suggest Member flow for security-aware member management, and LP approval/decline workflows. Informed by real operations pain points from #tech-requests analysis.

Concept 1Initial Directory prototype — GP view (Accounts tab, Contacts tab, Account detail, Contact detail with cross-account roles, Add Member, Suggest Member) + LP view (Members page with separate suggestions review page). Includes global search, bulk action bar, financial snapshot, and audit logs.

Concept 2Refined iteration — Actions dropdown (replaces bulk bar, matches deal commitments pattern), inline LP suggestion approval/decline on Members page (no separate review page), filter dropdowns for Status/Type/Tags on GP view, checkbox selection on both Accounts and Contacts tabs, tag filter on Contacts tab. Removes unnecessary global search.

Concept 3 LatestBased on stakeholder feedback — drops Primary Contact concept; renames Members → Users in LP view; LP chooses roles on approval (not GP); dynamic Add Account/Add Contact button per tab; Create Contact modal requires account link; Account Status column labels show "Managed by [Org]"; Suggest Edit flow lets GP propose edits to existing LP users with diff view and LP approval/decline.
