Cap Table MVP

MVP cap table prototype grounded in the product spec and backed by mock API calls matching the real vehicle-admin-platform DTOs. Every user action logs the corresponding HTTP request/response in the API Console drawer.

  Full F1/F2/F3 prototype: positions grid, transactions tab, trades tab, summary cards, 7 modal forms, trading lifecycle, position detail slide panel, CSV export, and DevTools-style API Console with JSON syntax highlighting.

• mock-api.js
  Mock API layer — all endpoint handlers with console logging, position recomputation, validation. Response shapes match vehicle-admin-platform C# DTOs.
• mock-data.js
  Seed data — enums, contacts, 7 positions, ~30 events, 1 trade, trading settings. "Apex Growth Fund III" warm state.
